Key ingredients you'll need: Coconut milk, mushrooms, broth, onion, garlic, corn starch, and spices

Step 1: Brown the onions and garlic until translucent. Next, cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Add the starch and stir it in well to form a slurry. Next, add all remaining ingredients to and stir well.

Step 3: Turn the heat down to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the soup has the thickness you like.
