Key ingredients you'll need: rolled oats, protein powder, milk, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and fillings of choice.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into two ramekins and place these on a baking sheet. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 25-30 minutes.
