To make this Tanghulu Recipe you'll need: fresh fruit, granulated sugar, water

Step 1: Wash and dry the fruit and place them on a skewer.

Step 2: Put the water and sugar in a pot and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until the temperature reaches between 250 and 300F (~10-20 minutes).

Step 3: When the sugar water mixture has come to temperature, quickly dip the fruit skewers into the sugar mixture to coat the fruit

Step 4: Place each fruit skewer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
