Bavette Steak

This is the best Bavette Steak recipe! Steak bavette is a tender and juicy steak cut that is similar to flank steak and skirt steak but is even more delicious and tender and is usually cheaper too!

To make this Bavette Steak you'll need: bavette steak, and chimichurri sauce!

Step 1: Add all the chimichurri ingredients into your food processor or high speed blender and blend well until smooth.

Step 2: Pierce the steak with a fork or knife, every ½ inch. Marinate the steak in half of the chimichurri sauce for 2-4 hours.

Step 3: Add the oil to a cast iron skillet or pan and heat to high. Place the steak in the pan and cook the steak 2-3 minutes per side, or until steak reaches your desired temperature.

Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve by cutting the bavette steak against the grain and topping it with the extra chimichurri sauce.
