Step 1: Place all the vanilla layer ingredients into your food processor or high speed blender and blending them until smooth.
Step 2: Pour the ingredients into your popsicle molds (about a third to half full) and place them in the freezer and freeze for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3: Add the strawberry layer ingredients to your food processor or blender and blend well until smooth.
Step 4: Remove the popsicle molds from the freezer and pour the strawberry layer on top of the vanilla layer.
Step 5: Place the lid on the popsicle mold and put the popsicle sticks into each popsicle. Place the molds back in the freezer for 3 hours, or until fully frozen.
