To make these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars, you'll need: pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut sugar, cashew butter, egg, and chocolate chips.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8" x 8" baking dish with parchment paper. Add all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, to the bowl of your standing mixer.

Step 2: Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth dough.

Step 3: Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

Step 4: Transfer the dough to the baking pan and spread it with a wet spoon into an even layer. Bake the bars for 31-33 minutes, until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
