Lemon Lavender Cookies

To make this lemon lavender cookies you'll need: all purpose flour, lemon juice and zest, dried lavender flowers, cane sugar, honey, egg and butter.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth dough.

Step 2: Using a cookie scoop, transfer the dough to the baking sheets.

Step 3: Using your fingers, press down each cookie until it's flat.

Step 4: Bake the cookies for 7-9 minutes. Let them cool completely, then add the optional lemon glaze if you wish

Step 5: Combine the lemon juice and sugar and heat them over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 6: Drizzle a bit of glaze over each cooled cookie before serving.
