Lactation Bars

This is the best lactation bars recipe! They are made without brewer’s yeast so these bars are gluten free and they are kid approved too!

To make these Lactation Bars you'll need: almond flour, oatmeal, flax seeds, sesame seeds, maple syrup, and peanut butter.

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a standing mixer, blend all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until you have a smooth batter.

Step 2: Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

Step 3: Now line an 8″ x 11″ baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough to the pan. Spread the dough into an even layer.

Step 4: Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until the tops of the bars are firm and a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
