Step 1: Add all the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Place a pan on the stove on medium heat, add coconut oil. Add the chopped green onion and bell peppers to the melted coconut oil and sauté for a couple minutes.
Step 3: Add the ground beef to the pan and cook it until it’s no longer pink.
Step 4: Add the sauce to the pan and mix well to combine all the ingredients. Turn down the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
