Healthy Pumpkin Muffins

To make these Healthy Pumpkin Muffins you'll need: tapioca flour, coconut flour, spices, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and chocolate.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F and and line a muffin tray with parchment paper muffin cups. Add all the ingredients for the muffins into the bowl of your standing mixer and blend well until the batter is smooth.

Step 2: Transfer the batter to the muffin cups, and fill each cup until level with the tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.

Step 3: Drizzle with the melted chocolate and let the muffins cool.
