To make this Healthy Bean Chilli you'll need: ground beef, blueberries, tomatoes, spices, and cacao powder.

Step 1: Place a large pot over medium heat and add 2 tbsp of cooking fat. Once melted add the beef and cook stirring frequently until it is browned and no longer pink.

Step 2: Once the meat is cooked, add the remaining ingredients to the pot and stir everything well to combine.

Step 4: Turn down the heat and cover the pot with the lid. Let the chili simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
