Graham Cracker Christmas Crack

To make this Graham Cracker Christmas Crack you'll need: graham crackers, butter, coconut sugar, and dark chocolate.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and add the graham crackers in a single layer.

Step 2: In a saucepan, combine butter and sugar over medium-low heat. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a rolling boil for 4 minutes, or until thickened.

Step 3: Remove the pot from heat and spread the caramel over the graham crackers with a knife or spoon, then bake for 7 minutes.

Step 4: Once baked place the chocolate on top of the bubbling caramel. and bake again for about 1 minute, to melt the chocolate.

Step 5: Using a knife or spoon, spread the melted chocolate in an even layer. Then sprinkle sea salt on top. Freezer the crack for about 25-30 minutes.

Step 6: Remove the pan from the freezer and let it rest for a few minutes. Then break, or cut the crack into pieces.
