To make these Chocolate Zucchini Muffins you'll need: almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, full fat coconut milk, fresh zucchini, and dark chocolate.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all the ingredients, except for the chocolate, to a large bowl and stir well until smooth.

Step 2: Stir in the broken chocolate pieces.

Step 3: Line a muffin tray with parchment paper muffin cups and fill each muffin cup until it’s heaping.

Step 4: Bake the muffins for ~25 minutes, until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
