Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
you'll need: almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, full fat coconut milk, fresh zucchini, and dark chocolate.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all the ingredients, except for the chocolate, to a large bowl and stir well until smooth.

Stir in the broken chocolate pieces.

Line a muffin tray with parchment paper muffin cups and fill each muffin cup until it’s heaping.

Bake the muffins for ~25 minutes, until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
