Cherry Brownies 

This is the best cherry brownies recipe! These brownies have the perfect crackle top, are fudgy, rich, and so chocolatey.

To make these Chocolate Cherry Brownies you'll need: all purpose flour, eggs, butter, cocoa powder, fresh cherries, and chocolate chips.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs on high for about 5 minutes with mixer.

Step 2: Then add the melted butter and vanilla extract and beat for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: Stir in the flour, cocoa powder and salt to the wet ingredients. Do not over mix, a few streaks of flour remaining are fine.

Step 4: Then gently fold in the cherries and chocolate chips to the batter.

Step 5: Transfer the batter to the lined baking pan and bake the brownies for ~45 minutes, until the edges are set, but the middle is slightly underdone.
