To make these Blueberry Chia  Jam you'll need: berries, chia seeds, and coconut milk.

Step 1: Place a medium sized pot on the stove on low heat and add the blueberries, coconut milk, vanilla and sea salt to the pot.

Step 2: Bring the ingredients to a boil. Turn down the heat and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.

Step 4: Stir in the the chia seeds.

Step 5: Transfer the jam to a jar or bowl and place it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
