To make this Apple Pie Oatmeal you'll need: rolled oats, apple, cashew butter, maple syrup, flax seeds, apple pie spice.

Step 1: In a bowl add all the oatmeal ingredients and stir well to combine.

Step 2: In a small bowl stir together the caramel ingredients until they are smooth.

Step 3: Drizzle the caramel over the oatmeal mixture and stir it into the oats.

Step 4: Place the oatmeal in the fridge for 4 hours, or overnight. When you are ready to eat the oatmeal, remove it from the fridge and either eat it cold or heat it
