Meal Plans

Are you struggling with the paleo diet? Maybe you are just starting your real food journey and finding it overwhelming and hard to stay on track? Are you having a hard time coming up with tasty meal ideas that are still safe to eat? 

Well, I am so thrilled to announce that I have partnered with Justin and Erica of Real Simple Good to start offering you paleo meal plans. This is something I have been hoping to do for a long time because I know how challenging transitioning from the standard North American diet to the paleo diet can be (trust me, I was so lost when I started eating this way myself a little over 5 years ago). 

But it took me a long time to find a program I was comfortable promoting. But I am happy to say that I am totally impressed with the Real Simple Good Paleo Meal Plans and I really think you will be too.
