Ingredients

tablespoon
coconut oil
3/4
cup
green onion, chopped
you could also substitute a small white onion
1 1/2
cups
fresh blueberries

lbs
ground grass-fed beef

tablespoon
dried basil

teaspoon
sea salt
1/2
teaspoon
ground black pepper
2
limes, for juice
Instructions
Place a large pan on the stove on medium heat
Add the coconut oil and green onion
Cook for 1-2 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the beef is cooked through, stirring frequently to break the beef apart
Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the burner
Assemble your burrito bowls using ingredients of your choice
Serve and enjoy!
