Ingredients

  • 6 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop all the ingredients and add them to a bowl
  • Stir well to combine
  • Transfer to a large sieve to allow the excess liquid to drain off for about 1 hour
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

TIP: Make this the night before and chill it in the fridge. This allows the flavours to blend even more and it becomes even more delicious.
