Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette

This is the best strawberry basil vinaigrette recipe. It is so easy to make and has the most amazing flavour. It's perfect for any salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (you can leave the stems on them)
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 10-15 basil leaves (to taste)
  • 10-15 mint leaves (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into your food processor or high speed blender.
  • Blend everything well until you have a smooth dressing.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. This dressing will thicken when stored in the refrigerator so feel free to add more oil to get the consistency that you prefer if you don't use it right away.
