Roasted Honey Dijon Pecans

These roasted honey dijon pecans are so addicting! A little sweet, a little spice, and a lot of crunch! You will also love how easy they are to make.

  • Preheat your oven to 325F.
  • Place the pecans in a large bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and combine well with a spoon.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pecans onto the parchment paper. 
  • Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until starting to brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the pecans cool. Then enjoy!

Notes

  1. Store these pecans in an airtight container for up to 30 days. 
  2. You can use either avocado oil or olive oil to make these pecans.
