Paleo Cream of Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower and coconut combine for a super creamy soup that's dairy free and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 can organic full fat coconut milk
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoon bacon fat
  • 2 tablespoon organic coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Place a large pot on the stove on medium heat
  • Add all of the ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes
  • Remove pot from heat
  • Use your submersion blender and blend the soup until smooth
  • Serve and enjoy! 

Notes

Frozen cauliflower also works here.
