This came about when I took whatever I could find in the fridge and threw it in the slow cooker and went on with my day!

Ingredients

full fat coconut milk

lemon, for zest and juice
equivalent to 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
Turn your slow cooker onto high heat
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker
Cook for 4 hours
Serve and enjoy!
